Our semi-hollow deluxe guitar is played by many of the top players in the world. The Starplayer-TV features a greatly improved 60s style tremolo and a floating bridge with steel saddles. Our custom-wound DP90 in the neck position gives an authentic blues tone making a versatile combination with the vintage Humbucker in the bridge position. The distinctive arched spruce top and elegant flamed maple arched back has elevated the DTV to one of the finest guitars in the world. It will remind you of the time when Rock ’n’ Roll was young.

Die Entwicklung meiner Marke Duesenberg begann mit einer Art Zeitreise in die 40er und 50er Jahre: Inhalieren der damaligen Geschmacksstruktur und der Design-Backgrounds, Betrachtung des damaligen Standes der Technik und der verfügbaren Materialien. Und dann jene faszinierende Frage, die sich genau so ein gereifter Mann betreffs junger Mädchen und seines Verhaltens dazu stellen könnte, sollte er plötzlich wieder ein Teenager sein - aber mit dem Background all seiner Erfahrung: Wie wäre man damals unter Berücksichtigung seines heutigen Wissens dran gegangen? Simple Antwort: Am Grundprinzip gibt’s nichts Generelles zu verändern, aber man kann viel besser sein! Glaubt es mir! Vergessen wir die Mädchen jetzt wieder! Also: Zurück-Jetten ins dritte Jahrtausend, um aus all jenen Gitarren-Aspekten heraus eine professionelle Produktlinie zu designen. Und so ist Duesenberg entstanden – Instrumente, die sich ansehen, anfühlen und anhören wie geliebte Schätze aus dem 19ten Jahrhundert, die aber überraschen durch perfektes Handling, innovative technische Detail-Lösungen und eigenes Gesicht.
